School Rules & Guidelines
Discipline is an essential part of a successful educational environment. To maintain a focused environment, C.R.R. Matriculation follows these guidelines.
- All students must be inside the school campus strictly by 9:15 a.m. Latecomers will not be allowed.
- Students are expected to be present for the common assembly.
- Adequate attendance is required to appear for the Annual Examination.
- Medical leave must be supported by the required documentation.
- Absence of more than 30 days without authorization will result in the student's name being struck off the school rolls.
- It is strictly compulsory to come to school in a neat and tidy full uniform, even on birthdays.
- Boys must wear half-sleeve shirts (not tight), properly tucked in.
- Hair must be neatly cut ("police cutting"), nails trimmed, and moustaches must not cross the upper lip.
- Students must maintain appropriate grooming and personal appearance according to school regulations.
- Costly jewellery, rubber bands, studs, bikes, cellphones and smartphones are not permitted on campus.
- Confiscated items will not be returned.
- Respect teachers, staff and fellow students at all times.
- Protect school property and plants — any damage will result in disciplinary action, and the cost must be made good by the responsible student.
- Maintain cleanliness and avoid wastage of food.
- Follow all campus safety guidelines.
- Use English regularly to improve communication skills.
- Parents are requested to check daily if their children are doing their homework.
- Parents are requested not to take their children directly up to the classrooms.
- Any communication, request or complaint must be addressed exclusively to the Principal.
- A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will not be issued unless all fee arrears are cleared.
